We’re looking for someone sharp, curious, and a little bit obsessed with making things work better — to lead the development and rollout of AI-powered tools across our project pipeline. Think contract analysis, land and permitting workflows, market intelligence, deal screening. You’ll be working across our whole group of companies — Arcto.fi, Tuulikarhu.fi and Aurinkokarhu.fi — getting exposure to the full breadth of how we develop and execute renewable energy projects. You won’t just manage a project plan — you’ll be in the weeds, building things, testing things, breaking things, and making them better.

This is not a ”5 years experience required” ad. We’ve hired plenty of people who tick every box. This time we want someone who doesn’t yet — but who has the intelligence, drive, and creative instinct to grow into one of the most interesting roles in our company. A recent graduate with the right mindset will beat a tired CV every time.

You probably have an academic degree — perhaps in:

• Energy or environmental engineering
• Electrical engineering
• Business law or law
• Land surveying
• Business, economics, or a related field

But what matters more than your degree is how you think — and how you work with people. We’re looking for both IQ and EQ: someone smart enough to build the tools, and personable enough that the rest of the team actually wants to use them.

• Genuine curiosity about AI and how it can reshape how renewable energy projects get built
• A builder’s mentality — comfortable experimenting, prototyping, and iterating
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Good people skills — you’ll be working closely with colleagues across very different disciplines
• The drive to take ownership of a brand-new function and shape it yourself
• Good Swedish and excellent English (Finnish is a strong plus)
