Aurinkokarhu Oy was founded in 2022 by three entrepreneurs with extensive experience in the energy sector and project development. Since its inception, the company has established a scalable development platform focusing on large-scale solar parks (PV), battery storage (BESS), and hybrid parks.

We identify strategic project sites, secure land agreements, drive permitting processes, and optimize grid connection and technical design up to Ready-to-Build (RtB). When projects reach the RtB phase and grid connection is secured through a signed Grid Connection Agreement, we seek strategic collaborations with investors and partners to take the projects to the next phase.

Aurinkokarhu combines technical expertise, regulatory understanding, and commercial discipline to develop projects with attractive risk-adjusted return potential. Our pipeline is positioned to meet the growing demand for flexible and grid-stabilizing energy infrastructure in Finland and the rest of Europe.

The company is expected to achieve a turnover of approximately €8 million in 2025, with a continued ambition to expand its project portfolio and establish long-term collaborations with financially strong partners.
